To see the picture 1, this is one up roller end of 4-roller rolling machine, and we use this structure to bend cone-shaped workpiece. It composed of (1) Up roller (2) end sleeve (3) block (4) countersunk head screw and (5) Shaft. End sleeve (2) on the outer side of shaft (5), and connected to up roller (1). Block (3) fixed up on end sleeve (2) by countersunk head screw (4). This cone-bending device with simple structure, and easy to operate, when bending cone-shaped workpiece, it can block off the steel plate, don’t need to stop the machine to do adjustment. This way can improve production efficiency, reduce operator’s labor intensity.
In the above, we mentioned end sleeve (2). So now we do a detailed description of it. On the end sleeve (2), we set a notch (2-1), and we also set some screw holes (2-2) on the notch (2-1), and the hole (2-3)[to see picture 2] inside the notch (2-1) on horizontal axial direction. Screw hole(2-2) and hole on block(3) complement each other, so it’s easy to fixed the block (3) on end sleeve (2), the hole (2-3) used to fixed the end sleeve (2) with base board.
When bending cylinder-shaped workpiece, end sleeve (2) roller by shaft(5), the operate way is as same as normal rolling machine; but when bending cone-shaped workpiece, we will turn the botch (2-1) just below end sleeve (2), then fixed end sleeve (2) on the base board by hole (2-3), up roller (1) and shaft (5) return to normal work, during plate bend, when steel plate is titled, block 3 block off the plate, so it can’t reach base board, the device can continuous work.
Bending cone capacity:
The cone angle can’t more than 30°, the cone-bend ability is 60% of cylinder-bend ability.
