1. How about your manufactory in China?
LANTYTO® Machine is located at Hai’an, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, a primary area in China and even the worldwide that offers solutions of metal plate processing. We have worked about 10 years in this area and totally have about 100 staff. We have rich experience in this field with professional technical support and responsive services.
2. Which shipping port is available?
Shanghai, Qingdao, Dalian, etc., depending on the location of our client’s factory.
3. What about the packaging of machine?
Wooden case packing, steel pallet, or wrap with plastic paper (default packing method).
4. Do you offer any discount?
We are confident that the price meets the quality of product, and is acceptable for our clients. Of course, we welcome you to negotiate with us and get satisfying results for both parties.
5. Do you accept L/C?
Yes, we accept 100% L/C at sign from almost all countries. Our normal term of payment: complete T/T, 30% in advance, and the rest shall be paid before shipment. Other terms of payment need to be discussed by each other.
6. What are your installation, test and after-sales services?
(1) We have sales and after-sales service representatives in major cities of China to facilitate offering best after-sales services for customers.
(2) When installing and commissioning machine at our client’s site, our staff will provide free training for our client’s technical personnel.
(3) Warranty: 15 months after the date of installation and acceptance. During warranty, if parts damaged on account of quality issues, we will offer free replacement (wear parts are not included).
(4) If there is any problem with the machine:
Contact us, describing the problem, taking photos and sending video to us;
Our engineer will give guidance on how to figure out the problem, photos and videos will be offered if necessary.
If the problem still exists, we will dispatch our engineer to the client’s site for troubleshooting;
(5) Even if warranty expires, the machine still enjoys lifetime warranty, but the client will then have to offer the cost of replacement and maintenance.
